General Terms of Sale applicable to any use of auraconciergerie.com and our concierge services.
This document is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version shall prevail as the legally binding text.
1. Purpose
These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to any use of the website www.auraconciergerie.com. They govern relations between users of the site and Aura Concierge with respect to consultation, use and services presented on the site.
2. Use of the site
Users undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it fraudulently. Any abusive use may result in suspension of access without notice.
3. Services offered
Aura Concierge presents on its site:
- the properties available for short-term rental,
- concierge services: rental management, cleaning, linen, maintenance and stewardship,
- additional local services and personalised guest support.
Booking these services is possible via a contact form or by redirection to our partner platforms.
4. Information published
Aura Concierge takes care to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. This information is non-contractual and may be modified at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual property
All the elements present on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code. Any total or partial reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
6. Personal data
Data collected via forms or cookies is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy. Users may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by email to contact@auraconciergerie.com.
7. Liability
Aura Concierge cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the site or to temporary unavailability. The user is liable for any abusive use.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be the subject of an attempt at amicable resolution. Failing this, only the courts within the jurisdiction of Aura Concierge's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
